The power of now can be realised now.Connect to the present moment.As soon as you embrace the present moment,pain and distress goes away,and life begins to move with happiness. The present moment is where life happens.Experience more happiness.The present is happening. When you change your focus to the present,you decrease time put on what could have been and allow yourself up to today’s possibilities.Find your purpose and lose yourself in it. Do not let pain of your past take away happiness of your present.
