Grow stronger from the pain and do not let it ruin you.
Stay kind with yourself. It means pain no longer controls our life. It is about accepting that you wonโt get solutions to things that hurt you. There is hope in healing. Keep making the choice and shifts will happen. The only way out is through. Just pursue yourself. The right path will reveal itself.
