Manisha Varde left her successful IT career to follow her other passions she held to her heart for a long time. Drawing inspiration from her global travels and diverse experiences, she debuted as an author with her self-published eBook, “Behind the Veil: 11 Mystical Stories about Life and Beyond,” and followed by the paperback available on Amazon. An avid reader of biographies, memoirs, spiritual and occult based nonfiction, Manisha also enjoys painting, and working with sustainable textiles. As an amateur horticulturalist, she grows organic produce and practices soil conservation. While she is focused on her couple of next manuscripts, she also indulges in blogging and writing for magazines in her leisure time.

She belongs to Assam and has completed her PGDBA in HR from Symbiosis, Pune. With more than a decade of experience in Aviation – Customer Services and Airport Operations with Indigo Airlines, she was also involved in Internal Aviation Training and Coordination. She then worked with Oriflame as Senior Manager, focusing on Women Empowerment and Training. Now, she has embarked on her own independent journey as the Founder of her startup, The Skills Mentorship, and as a Soft Skills and Personality Development Coach. Her mission is to empower 100,000 teens, entrepreneurs, and corporates to achieve self-confidence and create a powerful impression by using soft skills and mindset mapping.

Mayaa SH also known as Lady Karl Marx and Female Chulbul Pandey is a feminist philosopher , thinker and essayist in 21st century modern India. She is not a typical passive Indian woman who blindly follow the norms that are not meant to uplift women in a more sensitive and rational manner. She is a Mother of championing the power of self belief to an extent that her vision of her philosophy is to give freedom to woman from so called judgements that still plague our society at large.Mayaa SH is a Literary Empowerment Campaigner, an Iconic Contemporary Authoress and Poetess and A Social Activist who has shattered all glass ceilings and barriers to champion the cause of Gender Equality and Neutrality .Best known for her work in Swayam , she is a Championer of Women’s Rights, Authoress, Public Intellectual, and a former corporate juggernaut, Mayaa SH is a recognised crusader on Indian’s contemporary verve of economics, freedom of the press, gender neutrality and human rights.

She is driven by passion to write and compose. She has love for grammar and mental health awareness by engaging in talk as remedial navigation through any situation. She always tries to look for ways to merge the two. She is an avid enthusiast for the three C’s : Character , Charisma and Chivalry. Be it, writing; debating or counselling; she makes sure to dedicate time to every such field wherein the reach is extensive and dedicated towards people in order to make her dreams reach countless souls. Live in your limits then success will be beyond limits, having this line in her life here is a young, hardworking, enthusiastic girl Mousumi Acharya, who lives in Banaras (City of Temples & Ghats). Her father’s name is Vishwanath Acharya & her mother’s name is Meena Acharya. She has elder brother named as Biswajeet Acharya & elder sister named as Mahua Bhattacharya (Married).She believes that whatever she got, they are the only reason behind that. She had completed her graduation in Mathematics. After that worked as a Mathematics & Science teacher in a CBSE board school. Because of pandemic she had to leave the school. She loves to express her inner voice through inking. While pandemic situation she started to write again after such a long time & she worked as a co-author in the book “कुछ to लोग कहेंगे” which is the first book of her in this writing journey.

She never thought that this will come so far & she has compiled 25+ books in just one year & more are on the way to be published.

She has contributed her poetry to various magazines and podcasts, with her poem मेरी माँ securing 1st position among the Top 5 podcasters at Opus Coliseum. Having worked on over 45 anthologies, she is grateful for the guidance and support from her parents and experiences. During the COVID period, she explored paper crafting, leading her to create her Instagram page @loving_handmades, where she sells handmade cards, aroma candles, and resin art. Passionate about spreading joy through her creations, she dreams of opening an orphanage and old age home to serve those in need, believing that happiness can be found in the simplest things.
