From the current scenario to the past, we have seen the Dog and Human conflict to the extent that dog-hating communities are on the rise. Since the wrong verdict of the Supreme Court, thousands of street dogs have been killed due to misunderstanding, jealousy, and hatred. We live in a society where people worship animal idols, but in reality, will kill them in a fit of rage, aggression, and for food because, for them, murdering a life is too small talk.
Sterlizations and Adoption are not just notable deeds but compassionate acts, followed by the only solution that can prevent Dog-Human Conflict. People nowadays have issues with Dogs barking, but it’s their natural behaviour, just like ours. Let’s understand how these two methods can end the conflict in real time.
Why Sterilization and Adoption are the Only Way to End Dog and Human Conflict?
There are two types of people: those who want street dogs to live in their territory without thirst or hunger, and the frustrated people who don’t want them to live. Yes, they are the psychopaths. The conflict between Dog and Human doesn’t exist now but dates back years. The main reasons are –

- Wrong Approaches –
Killing or Relocating Street Dogs is a punishable offense. Street dogs are territorial animals that prefer to live on the same street where they have been fed and living since childhood. Relocating them can increase the chances of the dog biting. The only solution to this is the adoption and the sterilization, as that’s the only root of such a problem.
- Overpopulation –
As an animal lover, I would prefer to live with street dogs rather than humans who hate and are selfish. The human population is still much higher than street dogs, but this shows hypocrisy only because humans are the problem. Timely vaccinations and sterilization can prevent the overpopulation of street dogs from becoming a matter of abuse.
- Lack of Compassion –
Since the Supreme Court verdict, dog-hating communities or people have become the new devils because they have started killing innocent dogs mercilessly. Additionally, some people are stupid; many see stray dogs as a “nuisance” rather than living beings. Fear of rabies and past bite incidents creates hostility, leading to abuse and killings.
How to Prevent Dog and Human Conflict –
Only through these two humane terms can we save the lives of our beloved Street Dogs and prevent conflict.

- Adopting the Indie/Street Dogs –

People who keep breeding dogs at home and abuse the street dogs aren’t just animal lovers but also not kind humans to live among us, the society. Adopting and loving street dogs is a kind of aura, a vibe that reflects maturity and showcases the purity of your inner soul. Those who call themselves dog lovers must rectify the fact that whether you are abusing an innocent living on the road due to you being the pet parent of the breed puppy, whose mother was the victim of rape and repetitive breeding.
Adopting a Street Dog prevents conflicts and gives them the life they deserve. Street dogs are full of love and desire the food, water, and comfort that other pets and breed dogs get. We are doing them an injustice by not adopting them, just like the way the Britishers did with the native Indians. They, too, are Indian Citizens.
- Sterlizations
We animal lovers would live comfortably with the Street Dogs, but haters, on the other hand, have issues with them getting fed and living. They even tore the plates and food materials, which were kept only for the street dogs. Due to such troublesome creatures, we must sterilize our dogs to prevent them from a drastic fate. Yes, these frustrated people will no longer take seconds to harm and kill them, as rash driving and negligence are already at their peak. Killings have been rapidly growing across the nation.
Through sterilizations, you not only prevent them from getting maimed but also reduce their number so that people will no longer be complaining about the numbers and the childlessness of these kids’ plans. Both males and Females can have sterilizations. Please keep in mind that female mothers having their kids less than 4 months can’t be sterilized, and the male dog shouldn’t be neutered in rainy and unwell seasons. Both have their own benefits of sterilization. Additionally, puppies less than a year old can’t be sterilized, but I recommend visiting the vet.
Writer’s saying on Dog –
As an animal lover and a proud parent of an Indie-Street Dog, I know that the ongoing situations across the nation, including dog-hating communities, aren’t just troublesome but a sign that the end is near. The hatred that they have for innocent, voiceless beings can’t be justified, and we have no choice but to save our street dogs with any hooks and crooks. It’s the life we got, they too have one, they have fewer years than us to live, let them live peacefully, please.
Accept Compassion above Cruelty and hatred. Instead of just recording the abuse and cruelties, record just for the sake of evidence and then, come into action by any means for the safety of our beloved Street Dogs. Adoption and Sterilization are the only solutions.
